We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Content Manager to join our growing team. This is an in-person position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a passion for creating content that drives engagement and results.
Position Summary
As our Digital Marketing & Content Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. From developing engaging social media content and managing paid advertising campaigns to filming Reels, capturing professional photography, and collaborating directly with clients, you will play a key role in bringing brands to life.
The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, content creator, strategist, and storyteller. You should be comfortable behind the camera, behind the computer, and in front of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms
- Write compelling captions, ad copy, blogs, and marketing content aligned with each client's brand voice
- Capture professional photography and videography for businesses, events, and client campaigns
- Film and edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and TikToks
- Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar creative platforms
