Mollie Walsh
Mollie Walsh is an entrepreneur, community leader, and marketing professional with a passion for building meaningful relationships and helping businesses grow. A graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Business Management, Mollie has spent her career combining her expertise in sales, marketing, event planning, and business development to create impactful results for clients throughout Florida and beyond.
After relocating to Jupiter, Florida, in 2017, Mollie quickly immersed herself in the local community, becoming actively involved in numerous networking organizations, charitable initiatives, and business associations throughout Palm Beach County. Her commitment to community engagement has led her to serve as an Ambassador for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce and become involved with organizations including Women Connecting Women, the Women's Executive Committee, Florida Restaurant Vendors Group, Place of Hope, Love Serving Autism, Friends of Jupiter Beach, Warriors Choice Foundation, and the Jupiter Police Foundation.
In 2021, Mollie founded Relevant Marketing & Events with a vision of creating a full-service agency that would help businesses build stronger brands while fostering meaningful community connections. What began at her kitchen table with just two employees has grown into a thriving agency headquartered in the heart of Jupiter, Florida, serving clients across multiple industries through digital marketing, public relations, website development, advertising, content creation, event planning, and community outreach.
Under Mollie's leadership, Relevant has expanded into a team of talented marketing professionals and has become known for its hands-on approach, creative campaigns, and deep-rooted connections throughout South Florida. Her ability to bring people, businesses, and opportunities together has made Relevant a trusted partner for companies ranging from local startups to established regional brands.
In addition to Relevant Marketing & Events, Mollie is the founder of Relevant Productions, the agency's videography and photography division, and owner of Blue Ocean Supply, an eco-friendly distribution company focused on reducing single-use plastics within the hospitality industry. Blue Ocean Supply currently serves customers in multiple countries and continues to expand its mission of creating more sustainable solutions for businesses worldwide.
Today, Mollie remains dedicated to growing businesses, supporting local nonprofits, creating memorable events, and finding innovative ways to connect brands with the communities they serve. Her philosophy is simple: strong relationships, authentic connections, and creative thinking are the foundation of lasting success.

Avery is a rising junior at the University of Florida, where she is pursuing a degree in Marketing with a minor in Professional Selling. Passionate about creativity, branding, and communication, Avery is excited to continue expanding her marketing knowledge through hands-on experience with the Relevant Marketing & Events team.
Outside of the classroom, Avery enjoys staying active through running, long walks, and workout classes. She loves spending time with her Kappa Delta sorority sisters, making memories with family and friends, and creating TikTok content centered around her daily routines, fashion, and the latest social media trends.
When she's not creating content, you can usually find her enjoying a scoop of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, listening to Justin Bieber, or spending a day out on the boat. Avery brings a positive attitude, creative mindset, and enthusiasm for learning to everything she does.
